  • In order to receive a full refund, return request must be emailed to info@454bags.com within 30 days of purchasing the item.
  • Due to the nature of most of our products, in order to receive a full refund, products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • We will provide the shipping label to be printed, but in the case of a non-defective return, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Upon receipt of returned product and verified condition a refund will be issued. Customers will be reimbursed within 7-10 business days.
