Tote liners on easy-dispensing rolls
454 tote liners provide a removable liner for harvest handling and storage in totes. Made in the USA from 454's proprietary plastic blend, the 2 mil film is supplied on perforated rolls in a dispenser box.

The 55 gallon tote option is a different size and count from a drum liner. Container gallon ratings describe volume, not shape; check your actual rim, depth and required fold-over before ordering.
Check fit before a bulk order
- Measure the container opening and depth, including the rim or handles the liner must clear.
- Compare these measurements with the listed liner size. Flat bag dimensions alone do not establish fit for every tote model.
- Test one liner in the actual container. It should reach the base without pulling tight and leave enough material for your intended fold-over or closure.
- Confirm the lid closes without pinching or damaging the liner. Load without stretching the film over sharp edges.

Plan liner quantities
Multiply containers per cycle by the number of cycles, allowing for one new liner each time. Divide by 125 for the 27/38/40 gallon roll or 75 for the 55 gallon roll, then round up to whole rolls. For example, 200 tote uses require 2 rolls of 125 liners, leaving 50 liners.
The 30-roll option contains 3,750 liners in the smaller format or 2,250 in the 55 gallon format. The 60-roll option contains 7,500 or 4,500 liners respectively. Choose the size before comparing order totals.
Tote liner questions
Are these the same as 55 gallon drum liners?
No. Match the liner to the container shape as well as its volume. Compare tote, drum, bucket and curing-tube options in the liner collection.
How thick is the film?
The tote liner film is 2 mil. Thickness does not by itself establish barrier performance or temperature suitability.
How do the rolls dispense?
Separate each liner at the perforation. The supplied box acts as the dispenser for the roll.
